Q. Do I need an appointment?

Yes! Appointments are necessary to ensure that you get the time and attention that every bride and her wedding party deserves.

Q. How long are appointment times?

We schedule each first time bride for a 2 hour appointment and each bridesmaid group for a 1.5 hour appointment.

 

Q. How many people should I bring to my appointment?

• Saturday appointments can accommodate seating for 
  up to 3 guests ONLY. 

 

We know it is important for you to bring your closest family and friends to find your dress. We never recommend bringing any more than 3-4 guests as this will help keep the appointment individualized and focused on you!  We are boutique style and because we offer such a large range of designers it is important that nothing detracts from your overall experience. The attention should always be on you!

Q. Can I book my appointment online or via email?  

We book all appointments by phone.  We love talking with you personally to schedule your appointments! It gives us an opportunity to know you - which helps in the scheduling process!

Q.  Can I bring food or champagne to my appointment?  

We have a strict no food or beverage policy!

We understand this is a time of celebration.  We book 2 hour appointments so we can make the experience of finding your dress about you and the dress!  

After your appointment, we would love to suggest nearby restaurants for you and your guests to continue your celebration!
