Do I need an appointment?
Yes! For both brides and bridesmaids, appointments are necessary! Please call (412) 343-6677 to reserve your appointment! For Saturday and evening appointments, we suggest calling 3-4 weeks in advance!
How long are appointment times?

Brides who are visiting us for the first time are scheduled for a 2 hour appointment. If an additional follow up appointment is needed it is scheduled for one hour.

Bridesmaid groups who are visiting us for the first time are scheduled for a 1.5 hour appointment.
Can I book my appointment online or via email?
We book all appointments by phone. We love talking with you personally to schedule your appointments! It gives us an opportunity to know you - which helps in the scheduling process!
How many people should I bring to my appointment?
Moving forward, in order to maintain safety guidelines and exercise the utmost caution, we are implementing a 1 guest limit on all appointments when we reopen.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
We encourage you to have some dress inspiration in mind and come with three printed photos of that inspiration. This will provide your stylist with a good starting point!
What are the price ranges of your wedding dresses?
Because we carry 30+ unique designers, our inventory is quite vast. For that reason, the prices of our gowns range from $1,500 to $15,000 with a good average between $2,000 and $4,000. We truly have something for every bride! If you have questions about a specific designer's price range, please visit our bridal collections page for a more thorough price breakdown.
Should I have a wedding dress budget when I arrive?
We always recommend a range rather than a firm budget! Because of our wide price range and our selection of over 2,000 dresses, there are so many options! Also, having a range allows some flexibility so you don't limit finding THE dress!
Is parking available at your boutique?
Parking is available in the lot adjacent to our building. It is always best to carpool on the day of your appointment as the lot fills up quickly!
How far in advance should I order for my wedding dress?
Actual production time ranges by designer from 5 to 10 months, on average!
Ideally, we recommend purchasing your dress 12-18 months prior to your wedding! This allows ample time for the dress to arrive, plenty of time for your alteration process, and your peace of mind! Every designer varies in the production time required to special order their dresses, with international designers taking longer. This time frame allows you to choose from any designer with no limitations to what you can select! Earlier is always suggested as it allows the process to be completed comfortably and stress-free for you.*
How far in advance should I order my bridesmaid dresses?
We suggest a minimum of 7 months and always earlier if possible!
Allow 5 months for actual delivery and add a minimum of 2 months for your bridesmaids to receive their dresses (out of town!) and arrange their alteration process!*
*Regarding deliveries, we always quote conservatively! We understand the manufacturing process of special orders, which often includes delays. Our deliveries are quoted so our dresses arrive early or on time; never late! This is always for your benefit!
